After premiering live some of her new tracks at last Primavera Sound in Barcelona and unveiling her new video for ‘Walkthrough’ via The Line of Best Fit, Any Other aka Adele Nigro shares today the second track from her upcoming album ‘Two, Geography’ due to be released on September 14th via 42Records.
‘Two, Geography’ is a much more mature, complex and freeform collection of songs than her beautiful previous indie-rock work ‘Silently. Quietly. Going Away‘(2015), in fact, we can find traces of several different influences in it. The American indie-folk of Phil Elvrum (The Microphones, Mount Eerie), the guitar work of Jim O’Rourke and David Grubbs, spiritual free jazz and orchestral arrangements, as well as classic songwriting by Carole King and Joni Mitchell, filtered through a thoroughly contemporary sensibility.

Any Other will be playing ‘Two, Geography‘ in some of the best clubs and festivals in Europe and the UK in September 2018.
