Italia Music Export-SIAE is proud to be partner of PLACE TO BE, a series of original video productions that will showcase the best contemporary and cutting-edge Italian artists live from exceptional natural locations in Italy.
PLACE TO BE, an exclusive format where landscape, creativity and performing arts come together, is a project created by IMF (Italian Music Festivals) and promoted by The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation within the “ESTATE ALL’ITALIANA FESTIVAL“. The format belongs to a series of measures taken to support the Italian cultural and creative enterprises, and aimed at building a new international narrative of Italy in the post-COVID outlook.
Over the course of September, three extraordinary locations will house a series of performances live streamed via DICE TV : Nu Guinea surrounded by vineyards in Monferrato, Clap! Clap! and Kety Fusco from the medieval village of Civita di Bagnoregio, and Calibro 35 set in the mystical atmosphere of the archeological site of Egnazia within the Fasano area.
This unmissable project will hence lead viewers through a journey across Italy, joining the North, Centre and South with an original lineup curated by artistic directors from the festival network and under the general supervision of Raffaele Costantino (aka Dj Khalab).
The events are developed in collaboration with the Italian music tourism agency Butik and promoted throughout the world thanks to Italian Embassies, Consulates and Italian Cultural Institutes.
