Less than two weeks to go to SXSW 2019: for the second time, we’ll be in Austin supporting all the Italian artists showcasing at one of the biggest and most relevant events in the international music business.
From the 9th to the 17th of March ten acts from Italy will bring their music to the U.S.: Giungla, Birthh, Be Forest, La Terza Classe, YOY, Her Skin, Damien McFly, Rev Rev Rev, Mascarimirì and Baseball Gregg (click here to learn more about them!).
Italia Music Export – SIAE will support all the Italian musicians and their managers attending SXSW 2019 (except for Mascarimirì, supported by Puglia Sounds). Our support to the artists includes travels, promotion and strategic counselling.
Don’t miss the two official Italian showcases at The Velveeta Room and Stephen F’s Bar on March 13th and 14th: WWNBB Night brought to you by WWNBB label and Sounds from Italy brought to you by FIMI (The Italian Federation of Phonographic Industry) and ITA (Italian Trade Agency). Moreover, FIMI and ITA will have a booth (n.621) at the Austin Convention Center where some of the Italian acts will play acoustic shows.
In addition to these two official showcases and the Italian booth, WWNBB with Tiburon Media will host also two unofficial parties: a Rooftop party at The Catherine and a Boat Party on the Colorado River. Find all the Italian showcases info below, and mark your agendas!
